Full inventory prepared includes:

- Pictures for condition of property prior to tenant's moving in.
Tenant selection and referencing includes:
- Marketing your property on leading websites, newspaper and other marketing tools
- Selecting the best tenant for your property
- Completing referencing on the tenants for employment history, credit check and previous landlords
Preparation of tenancy agreement includes:
- Drafting a tenancy and getting tenants to sign agreement (usually 6 months)
Full rent collection service includes:
- Chasing and collecting rent from tenants
- Forwarding rent direct to landlord
Property inspections includes:
- Property inspection completed quarterly with a report which is available upon request
- If any issues arise we send letters out to advise the tenants to put right and complete another inspection to check issues have been put right
Notifying utilities includes:
- Informing council, water, gas and electric companies of new tenants move in
- If managed we will also inform utilities upon tenants moving out of the property
Full maintenance service includes:
- Advise of any maintenance problems (if required)
- Instructed maintenance team to quote and complete work (can be our maintenance team or your own preferred maintenance team)
Arranging safety certificates includes:
- Arranging for a suitable time for any safety certificates to be completed (includes gas safety certificate)
Legal Assistance's includes:
- If you require legal assistance's in regards to the tenants at this property we will instruct our solicitors to complete the required work
